Risen Above All: The Triumph of Good Over Evil
Easter is not merely a remembrance of an event. It is the eternal declaration that good can never be defeated by evil. The resurrection of Jesus Christ stands as the greatest evidence that darkness, no matter how powerful it appears, is always temporary.
On the cross, it seemed as though evil had won. Hatred, betrayal, injustice, and cruelty reached their peak. The Son of God was mocked, beaten, and crucified. For a moment, silence covered hope. Fear overshadowed faith. Even the closest followers were shaken. But Easter morning rewrote that narrative forever.
The empty tomb speaks a truth that no philosophy, no power, and no force can erase: evil cannot subdue good for long, neither can it overpower it.
This is not just theology. It is a principle of life.
Evil often appears strong because it is loud, aggressive, and immediate. Good, on the other hand, is patient, enduring, and rooted in truth. While evil may rise quickly, it cannot sustain itself. It collapses under its own weight. Good may seem delayed, but it is never denied.
The resurrection teaches us that:
Injustice will not have the final word
Darkness cannot imprison light
Truth will always outlive falsehood
Love will ultimately conquer hatred
This is the hope Easter offers to every human heart.
In our daily lives, we encounter situations where wrong seems to prevail. Dishonesty may seem profitable. Kindness may appear weak. Integrity may feel costly. Yet, Easter reminds us not to measure truth by temporary outcomes.
The cross was not the end. It was the turning point.
Likewise, every struggle, every pain, and every injustice carries within it the potential for resurrection. When we stand for what is right, when we choose goodness even in difficulty, we align ourselves with a victory that is already secured.
Let this Easter renew your faith, not only in God but in the unshakable power of good. No matter how dark the night, dawn is certain. No matter how fierce the storm, peace will follow.
Because the risen Christ is not just a symbol of hope. He is the assurance that good does not just survive, it prevails.
